• Posture scans, photos and derived joint angles you capture so the app can analyze and track alignment over time.
• Routine data, sessions completed, reminders dismissed, and self assessments.
• Device data, basic technical info (device type, OS, app version, crash logs) to keep the app working.

How we use your information

• To analyze your posture and personalize your routine and reminders.
• To compute your posture metrics and weekly progress.
• To improve the product, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security). We will not spam you.

On device processing

Wherever possible, pose estimation runs on your device. Raw scan photos stay on your phone unless you choose to back them up.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict confidentiality, and when required by law.

Your choices

• Access, export, or delete your data at any time from settings.
• Disable analytics from settings.
• Contact us to revoke consent or close your account.

Security

We use industry standard security practices, encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Children

Align by KAYYO is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in app or by email before taking effect.
